Bekasi – Untuk memastikan kelancaran dan kualitas proyek, Direktur Utama PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) Sidiq Purnomo, melakukan kunjungan mendadak/sidak (management walkthrough) ke proyek pekerjaan galian tanah di Setu Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat (18/07).
Dalam kunjungannya, Direktur Utama didampingi oleh manajer divisi peralatan dan mining serta tim proyek. Sidak ini bertujuan untuk memantau secara langsung progres pekerjaan, memastikan bahwa standar keselamatan kerja dipatuhi, dan mengevaluasi kualitas hasil kerja sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.
“Kami berkomitmen untuk memberikan hasil terbaik kepada klien kami. Sidak seperti ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap aspek proyek berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan standar yang telah ditetapkan,” ujar Sidiq Purnomo di sela-sela kunjungannya.
Selama kunjungan, Direktur Utama berinteraksi dengan para pekerja proyek, mendengarkan masukan dan saran mereka, serta memberikan arahan langsung untuk perbaikan jika diperlukan. Beberapa temuan penting selama sidak ini antara lain:
- Kedisiplinan dan Kesiapan Kerja: Tim proyek menunjukkan kedisiplinan tinggi dan kesiapan yang baik dalam melaksanakan tugas.
- Kepatuhan Terhadap Standar Keselamatan: Semua pekerja mematuhi protokol keselamatan kerja dengan menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) lengkap.
- Progres Pekerjaan: Proyek berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan, dengan beberapa area pekerjaan menunjukkan progres yang signifikan.
Direktur Utama juga menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antar tim dan komunikasi yang efektif dalam menyelesaikan proyek dengan baik dan tepat waktu. “Kerja sama tim yang solid dan komunikasi yang baik adalah kunci keberhasilan proyek ini,” tambahnya.
Sidak ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen WIKAIKON untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan klien melalui pengawasan dan evaluasi rutin terhadap setiap proyek yang sedang berlangsung.
President Director Inspection to Earthwork Project Japek II Selatan
Bekasi – To ensure the smooth running and quality of the project, President Director of PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) Sidiq Purnomo, made a surprise visit / walkthrough (management walkthrough) to the earthwork project in Setu, Bekasi Regency, West Java (07/18).
During his visit, the President Director was accompanied by the equipment and mining division manager and the project team. The walkthrough aims to directly monitor the progress of the work, ensure that work safety standards are adhered to, and evaluate the quality of work results in accordance with predetermined specifications.
“We are committed to delivering the best results to our clients. Sidaks like this are important to ensure that every aspect of the project is running according to the plans and standards that have been set,” said Sidiq Purnomo on the sidelines of his visit.
During the visit, the President Director interacted with the project workers, listened to their inputs and suggestions, and provided directives for improvement where necessary. Some of the important findings during this inspection include:
1. Discipline and Work Readiness: The project team showed high discipline and good readiness in carrying out the tasks.
2. Adherence to Safety Standards: All workers complied with safety protocols by using full personal protective equipment (PPE).
3. Work Progress: The project is progressing according to the set schedule, with some areas of work showing significant progress.
The President Director also emphasized the importance of collaboration between teams and effective communication in completing the project well and on time. “Solid teamwork and good communication are the keys to the success of this project,” he added.
This inspection is part of WIKAIKON’s commitment to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction through regular monitoring and evaluation of each ongoing project.
