Jakarta – PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON), tengah mengerjakan Tol Ancol Timur – (Elevated) Pluit Harbour Road II, di Jakarta Utara. Pembangunan Tol Harbour Road II mencatat kemajuan penting sepanjang Januari 2026 melalui serangkaian tahapan teknis, mulai dari Self Launching Girder hingga pemasangan Steel Box Girder di jalur utara dan selatan. Seluruh rangkaian pekerjaan struktur layang ini dijadwalkan tuntas pada akhir Januari dengan pelaksanaan Launching Back – LG sebagai fase penutup. (19/01)
Melalui pembangunan struktur layang bertingkat, HBR II memberikan solusi kapasitas jalan tanpa harus melakukan penggusuran lahan secara luas di Jakarta Utara. Hal ini mempercepat linimasa proyek melalui minimalisasi kendala pembebasan lahan yang biasanya memakan waktu bertahun-tahun.
“Sejauh ini proses pengerjaan masih sesuai target, komitmen WIKAIKON dalam menuntaskan proyek ini sesuai jadwal tetap menjadi prioritas utama dalam setiap tahapan pembangunan kami, agar dapat segera dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan nyaman bagi para pengguna jalan.” Ujar Tri Prabowo.
Pembangunan Jalan Tol HBR II ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, dengan mempermudah akses ke titik pertumbuhan baru. Serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jakarta Utara.
WIKAIKON Works on the Ancol Timur – Pluit (Elevated) Harbour Road II Toll Road
Jakarta – PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) is currently undertaking the construction of the Ancol Timur – Pluit (Elevated) Harbour Road II Toll Road in North Jakarta. The Harbour Road II project recorded significant progress throughout January 2026 through a series of technical stages, ranging from Self Launching Girder operations to the installation of Steel Box Girders on both the northbound and southbound lanes. All elevated structural works are scheduled to be completed by the end of January, with Launching Back – LG as the final phase. (19/01)
Through the development of a multi-level elevated structure, HBR II provides a solution to increase road capacity without requiring extensive land acquisition in North Jakarta. This approach accelerates the project timeline by minimizing land acquisition constraints, which typically take years to resolve.
“Thus far, the construction process remains on schedule. WIKAIKON’s commitment to completing this project on time continues to be our top priority at every stage of development, so that it can be utilized safely and comfortably by road users as soon as possible,” said Tri Prabowo.
The construction of the HBR II Toll Road is expected to improve the quality of life for the community by enhancing access to new growth centers, while also driving economic growth in North Jakarta.
