Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh jajaran direksi, manajemen, serta seluruh karyawan dari kantor pusat, pabrik, hingga area proyek. Kegiatan ini dibuka dengan sambutan dari Direktur Keuangan, Human Capital dan Manajemen Risiko, Vidi Julianto. “Pencapaian kita di 2025 adalah buah kerja keras bersama yang sangat saya banggakan. Sembari mensyukuri keberhasilan tersebut, mari kita buka tahun 2026 dengan energi baru dan kondisi fisik yang lebih bugar. Semoga kita selalu sehat dan penuh semangat dalam menghadapi setiap tantangan ke depan.” Tangkasnya
Insan WIKAIKON mengikuti kegiatan IHDP dengan antusias yang tinggi. Trekking sentul ini dihadiri sekitar 100 Insan WIKAIKON. “Kegiatan trekking hari ini luar biasa seru, bisa bikin kita lebih erat lagi sesama temen-temen WIKAIKON” Insan WIKAIKON
Trekking di Sentul kali ini diharapkan membentuk insan WIKAIKON yang bugar, sehat, dan produktif demi mewujudkan masa depan perusahaan yang semakin kokoh.
Boosting Productivity, WIKAIKON Holds IHDP Trekking Activity in Sentul
Sentul – As part of its efforts to improve employees’ quality of life, fitness, and productivity, PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) organized an Individual Health Development Plan (IHDP) trekking activity in Sentul on January 24.
The activity was attended by members of the Board of Directors, management, and employees from the head office, factories, and project sites. The event officially opened with remarks from the Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management, Vidi Julianto.
“Our achievements in 2025 are the result of collective hard work that I am truly proud of. While giving thanks for these accomplishments, let us begin 2026 with renewed energy and better physical fitness. May we always remain healthy and enthusiastic in facing the challenges ahead,” he stated.
WIKAIKON People participated in the IHDP activity with great enthusiasm. Approximately 100 WIKAIKON employees joined the Sentul trekking event.
“Today’s trekking activity was incredibly fun and helped strengthen our bonds as fellow WIKAIKON colleagues,” said one of the participants.
This Sentul trekking activity is expected to foster healthier, fitter, and more productive WIKAIKON People, supporting the realization of a stronger and more sustainable future for the company.
