Board of Directors Visit to Majalengka Steel Fabrication, Driving Transformation Forward
Majalengka - PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) Embarking on a transformation journey, starting with a visit to the heart of the company steel fabrication plant in Majalengka. This visit is an important momentum in encouraging the expansion of the steel market for the steel structure and bridge sectors. (21/05)
Led by WIKAIKON President Director, Mr. Tri Prabowo, accompanied by Mr. Vidi Julianto, as Director of Finance, Human Capital and Risk Management, and other WIKAIKON management, this activity is part of the post-rotation leadership vision alignment.
In front of the factory team, Mr. Tri Prabowo said that business transformation cannot be separated from the company basic strength-production. The Majalengka Steel Plant is an important point that will drive operational efficiency and open up wider market opportunities.
“I am very impressed with the Steel Fabrication in Majalengka. The potential is tremendous, and the team on the ground has executed some very inspiring efficiency initiatives. Going forward, our challenge is how to get an optimal source of work (feeding), so that this factory can have a significant impact on WIKAIKON growth,” he said.
This visit is also a space for open dialog between the Board of Directors and the operational team to discuss development, efficiency improvement, and product innovation that is relevant to the current needs of the infrastructure sector.
