Encouraging the Implementation of Moral Values and Strengthening the Transformation Program
Jakarta - Director of HR Management and Transformation of PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), Mr. Hadjar Seti Adji, conveyed strategic directions regarding the implementation of 2024 moral values and the strengthening of transformation programs within WIKA, especially in the subsidiary WIKA Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON). In an effort to improve performance and work culture in the company, Mr. Hadjar emphasized the importance of consistency and consequences in implementing specific actions that reflect moral values, such as innovation, feedback culture, and openness and care among employees. He also underlined the importance of collaboration across divisions and bureaus, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation of ongoing transformation programs.
All transformation programs will be clearly documented and equipped with achievement steps and targets to be achieved. In addition, the parameters of rights and obligations related to business collaboration will continue to be applied in routine activities with the Board of Directors to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic targets.
