WIKA IKON Conducts Online Safety Patrol at JogjaBawen Project to Strengthen Digital Supervision and Foster a Safe Work Culture

Jakarta - In order to strengthen project supervision in a comprehensive and sustainable manner, PT Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi (WIKAIKON) through the System & QSHE Bureau organizes Online Safety Patrol activities to the Yogyakarta-Bawen Toll work project Package 1 (Section 1). This activity was carried out on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 online through the Zoom Meeting platform. (04/06)

This Safety Patrol activity was attended directly by the President Director of WIKAIKON, Mr. Tri Prabowo, as well as the Director of Finance, Human Capital and Risk Management, Mr. Vidi Julianto, as a form of top management commitment in ensuring the implementation of work safety aspects, project quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with good governance runs optimally.

Safety Patrol Online not only focuses on Quality and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) aspects, but also covers other strategic aspects such as project implementation progress, compliance with work standards, efficient use of resources, and implementation of company systems and procedures.

The Jogja-Bawen Toll Road project is part of the National Strategic Project (PSN) which was built to strengthen inter-regional connectivity, especially between Yogyakarta and northern Central Java. This project is expected to facilitate logistics distribution and encourage economic growth in the surrounding area. WIKAIKON plays a role in providing steel bridges and the installation process in this project.

This digital-based patrol initiative is part of the transformation of WIKAIKON project supervision which is more flexible, fast, and collaborative across functions, in line with the spirit of applying ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles within the company. By utilizing technology, this activity aims to identify potential risks early, strengthen quality control and K3, and encourage a superior work culture and orientation towards continuous improvement.

The System & QSHE Bureau appreciates the active involvement of all levels in this activity, and hopes that the synergy that is built can continue to support the achievement of project targets, as well as improve the quality of work in the field as part of WIKAIKON commitment to sustainability.
